OUR RETURNS POLICY

  • You can return an item for a refund within 14 days from date of purchase.

  • The item must be in original condition with tags intact, free from marks and in original packaging.

  • Any item found to be otherwise will not be accepted and will be returned to you

  • Any FAULTY items will be refunded

  • Please allow up to 7-10 working days to process your return from date of delivery to us. 

  • We would strongly recommend you to obtain proof of postage with a tracking number as items lost on return will not be Queen Of Bubbles responsibility and will not be processed. 

  • Refunds can take 3-5 working days to show in your account once processed.

  • Please note your postage fee for return or dispatch is not refunded.

  • We can only offer a refund on stock no exchanges are accepted.

Faulty or Wrong Item

If you receive a faulty or damaged item please email QueenOfBubbles@mail.com, stating your full name and the reasons for wanting to return the item. We will also require you to advise us on whether you would like a refund or an exchange. On receipt of the email we will analyse the case and if appropriate ask you to return the item to us.

Sale Items

Items purchased in our Sale or Lucky Dip are deemed as Final Sale therefore are non-returnable.

Miscellaneous

We cannot refund the delivery charge unless the full order was received faulty or incorrectly, In this case please contact us by email.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

If you would like to return you item(s) please follow this step by step guide

- Email QueenOfBubbles@mail.com to let us know you would like to return your item(s)

- Inside your return parcel please enclose a piece of paper clearly stating your Name and Information on which item(s) you are returning and your reason why.

- Make sure the return slip is inside your parcel

- Please make sure your parcel is securely sealed 

- Return your parcel to the address below

We strongly advise our customers to send their items back using a tracked service as Queen Of Bubbles cannot be held responsible for parcels lost or misplaced in transit.

Please note we currently do not offer prepaid or free returns
