What are your delivery options?
Standard delivery - 3-5 working days - £4.99
We also offer tracked & signed international delivery for all European Countries.
How do I return an item?
if you would like to return item(s) please send us an Email to let us know.
The items must be in an Unused Condition, all bottles still sealed, FREE from Marks, not damaged and in original packaging.
Please note unfortunately we do not currently offer Pre-Paid Returns.
When returning your item(s) please ensure you clearly state your
NAME,
& INFORMATION on
- which item(s) you are returning
- why you would like to return them.
We strongly advise our customers to send their items back using a tracked service as Queen Of Bubbles cannot be held responsible for parcels lost or misplaced in transit.
How Long Has Bubble Tea Been Around?
Bubble Tea is certainly not a new trend or a new drink invention. The drink was first created in the 1980s in Taiwan, and today there are thousands of places in Asia and around the world that serve bubble teas. In fact bubble teas has been in the United Kingdom since 1990s and has become a very popular unique drink.
What is your returns policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you have made you can return the item(s) back to us within 14 days from receipt,
Any item(s) sent back after 14 days cannot be accepted.
The items must be in an Unused Condition, FREE from Marks, not damaged and in original packaging
Please note unfortunately we do not currently offer Pre-Paid Returns.
If your return does not pass our Quality Control Checks (as above) a member of our Customer Service Team will contact you via Email.

We will process your return as soon as we possibly can, please allow at least 7-10 Working Days after we receive your returned item(s).
You will receive an email confirming the refund has been processed. After you receive the refund confirmation email please allow at least 5 working days for the money to be returned to your account.
